16th Batch of Missionary Discipleship Training 2018 Report:
We thank God for helping us to successfully complete our 45 days’ missionary discipleship training. We also acknowledge the great support of our prayer partner.
Duration of course:
Classes began on 23rd April and 2018.
Class closed on June 10th, 2018.
We started our 45 days Missionary Discipleship Training with 15 youth students from different churches. They were SEE (10th) standard who decided to come, learned the word of God and help the local church their respective places.
We offer student’s different subjects from many good teachers. During the learning period in the classroom, students were very happy to learn about the new subjects as well as very quick to ask different questions to the teachers.
During this training period, students could learn about the concept of God’s great mission for the world and also the great responsibility of being a disciple of Jesus, to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to unreached places.
Outreach program:
- After learning from the classroom we set apart four days for an outreach program.
- Along with teachers and help of the local pastor and youth in different places, Students shared the gospel in different villages of Surkhet Region.
- Personal evangelism as well as among the small group of people student could share the gospel.
- Visiting home to home and sharing the Good News and distributing the tracks, New Testament Bible to different people groups and also in the school. (Students and teachers).
- Pray for the sick people, those who asked our students to pray for them.
It was a good experience for our students to share the Good News to the people, we could have the sense that, our students were very excited as well as have passion for the sharing of the gospel to the people.
When we were sharing the Gospel of Christ in the different villages, town, we came to know about the false teachers influenced some people of the group. We could share them about what is the right message of the Gospel of Christ.
