Curriculum:

The curriculum is mainly based on making indigenous missionary leaders for the full-time church planting ministry and those who are unable to do higher Biblical study due to their poor educational background. This curriculum enables the students to do ministry in an effective way at the local level.

  1. Spiritual Growth

When salvation takes place or person accepts Jesus Christ as the Lord, spiritual growth begins in that person’s life. The fact is that the Holy Spirit indwells Christians and Christians are new creatures in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). This course helps students to imitate Christ-likeness through confession, repentance, fasting and obeying God’s commands.  At the same time, this course reminds them that spiritual growth is a lifelong process that depends on our Daily Bible study and application of God's Word (2 Timothy 3:16-17) and our walk in the Spirit.

 

B. Biblical Studies

The biblical studies help students to gain a solid knowledge of the Bible and how God revealed in history and his redemptive acts to his people. They also learn some major Christian doctrines like man, sin, trinity, scripture, justification, sanctification and glorification, Jesus’ second coming and judgment, etc. They are able to see how the Christian faith is true comparing with a different religious perspective.

C. Effective Leadership

Through this course, the students learn to develop the ability to lead and how to guide a group of the people in the Church with a servant heart. Jesus’ servanthood is the model is the best model and students also to follow and apply in their whole life on this earth. Students focus to make humble, accountability, responsibility, punctuality, availability and stewardship to be an effective leader. Through this study, they know their areas of weakness and strengths and learn to overcome the areas of weakness. They also learn to fix their visions for the ministry and develop spiritual maturity to builds churches. They know to lead the church in the midst of chaos and persecution with the standing firm through trusting God.

D. Mission

This mission study helps the students to have Evangelical attitudes through the church toward the Great Commission Matthew 28:18–20 and observe the com­mands to “Go” and to “Make disciples. So that every ethnic group gets the opportunity to hear about the saviour of the world. It helps them to devote their lives to cross-cultural missions and does church ministry. This study gives the burden to them in their heart how to spread the gospel message to the whole world through evangelism and missions. It gives them ideas about how Christians to be directly involved in the salvific process and how every believer has a role in the process of gathering the sheep. It also reminds them; mission is ultimate “God’s heartbeat.” It’s started by God himself. Christians are responsible to share the Gospel and have a strong relationship with Christ and willing to suffering for the shake of the Gospel.
